According to a survey taken by a hospital, about 5% of males that are more than 40 years of age have complete ED, and this percentage increases gradually up to 15 percent when the age reaches 70. And not only Erectile Dysfunction but the risk of other sexual problems also increases as the age of a man increases.
The tests for sexual problems like Erectile Dysfunction include a blood test, urine test, and self-evaluation tests that can help you in analyzing and determining the state and extent of ED in your body. By taking the ED test yourself, you can enhance the chances of treating ED with better treatments and methods.
Erectile dysfunction (ED) is when you can’t get and maintain a satisfying erection for sex. ED affects more than 30 million men in the United States. It is a topic that several men still find hard to talk about.

Despite the benefits of behaviour modification, men presenting with ED want the physician to help with measures that can have an immediate impact.

A common misconception is that erectile dysfunction only occurs in older men. While that is mostly true, it doesn’t mean that ED isn’t common among younger men. Lifestyle choices among younger men has led to a sharp increase in the number of young men suffering from erectile dysfunction. A 2013 study published by the Journal of Sexual Medicine found that 1 in every 4 men who were newly diagnosed with ED were below the age of 40, and roughly 50% of them were suffering from severe ED. The recent shift in the management and evaluation of ED, with primary care physicians replacing urologists in the forefront of ED diagnosis and therapy, has been a welcome and timely change.

I like this book because it is informative, educational and clearly written. These methods are for men who want to take initiative to gain a better understanding of their bodies and how they function. This book is easy to follow and easy to read. It is written in laymen terms and seems pretty down to earth. The information is educational and the techniques make sense but are so easily overlooked. I'm glad that I read this to gain more insight on a common issue many don't feel comfortable talking about. Very informative and explains ways to improve Erectile Dysfunction with diet and exercise. As always still see your doctor because you still should know if it maybe related to health issues.
